Specialized awards Dealer Grant for Drive Less Challenge and Menlo Velo
The Drive Less Challenge, working with Menlo Velo Bicycles, has been awarded a grant from the Specialized Dealer Grant program. The Drive Less Challenge supports the mission of the Specialized Grant program to help dealers that work with community projects to promote bicycles as sustainable transportation.
Menlo Velo Bicycles, located on El Camino Real in Menlo Park, was a prize sponsor for last year’s Drive Less Challenge. This year, Menlo Velo will continue to provide gift certificate prizes and attend this year’s award celebration.

Ask Rainer about the totally cool new bike carts that he’s located that can attach instantly to your bike and carry groceries, backpacks, golf clubs or whatever you might need to cart around with you. Now taking your bike is possible even when there are big things to carry! As a mom, that’s been one of my biggest constraints to riding with my kids!
