More on Day 7: Who is Donkey?

In my last blog post I mentioned that my sojourn took me past the pasture where my good friend Donkey lives. Lest you think I am making this up, here’s a picture.

Donkey lives in Palo Alto and was the inspiration and model behind “Donkey” in Pixar’s Shrek animated features. The bike/pedestrian path through Palo Alto runs by his home.
