Drive Less Challenge Celebration! Sunday, May 13th, 2:30 to 4:30PM Arillaga Center (Oak Room) 701 Laurel Street Menlo Park (next to the Caltrain Station) Everyone involved in the this year’s Challenge is invited to celebrate our success at the party. We’ll announce category winners, thank our volunteers and sponsors and share experiences over some good food and refreshments.

Tomorrow, Thursday May 10 is Bike to Work Day – an opportunity to continue the cycling you’ve been doing during the Drive Less Challenge, and encourage your colleagues to bike to work as well. Stop by an Energizer Station near your home or work and get some refreshments and goodies to power your ride.

The Drive Less Challenge had 10 participating communities in 2011, up from 4 in 2010 and 1 in 2009. The most active community this year was Menlo Park, which pioneered the Drive Less Challenge in 2009. The second most active was Sunnyvale, which was brand new this year.
